ClearATS ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome Extension and website handle your data when you use our auto-fill services for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

2. Data We Collect & How We Use It

• Profile Data & Resumes: We process your resume/CV and profile details solely for the purpose of automatically filling job application forms (e.g., Workday, Taleo).
• Authentication: We use Clerk for secure authentication. We do not store your passwords.
• Form Mapping: Our extension reads the specific job application page you are on to map your profile data to the correct input fields.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We DO NOT sell your personal data. Your data is used strictly to provide the core functionality of the extension (auto-filling job applications). We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Chrome Web Store Disclosures

• The ClearATS extension requests access to <all_urls> because job portals are hosted on thousands of custom subdomains. We only activate our script on supported ATS pages.
• Your data is securely transmitted using HTTPS and processed on our secure backend.
